The FORNO Capraia 30 Inch wide wine and refrigerator storage solution will add entertaining and cool storage flexibility. The wine cellar has dual temperature zones and stores a wide temperature range to store either red or white wines, depending on your preference. Different varietals of wine require different temperature settings for optimum longer term storage. Red wines are stored between 10C/50F and 18C/65F, while white wines are stored between 4C/40\'F and 10C/50F. Temperatures are selected by touching up or down on the electronic control inside the unit. The racks can be removed for storing larger design bottles or volume bottle styles such as magnums.
