How to Apply

Apply morning and/or evening after lotion, using the MUSCULIFTTECHNIQUE.MUSCULIFT TECHNIQUE is a very quick and easy way to maximise the product\'s efficacy. This innovative technique has been especially designed to be used to apply SENSAI CELLULAR PERFORMANCE Lifting Series products. Steps 1 & 2 have been developed specifically for LIFTING RADIANCE CREAM, LIFTING RADIANCE CONCENTRATE, and are effective in increasing blood flow and circulation, thereby helping to provide a visible liftingeffect.

STEP 1:Chin and LeftFaceLine

Using the palm of your right hand, start from the chin, massage upward along the left face line, over the forehead, down through the ridge of the nose to the right ear. Repeat3times.

STEP 2:Chin and RightFaceLine

Repeat Step 1 on the right side of the face using your left hand. Repeat3times.

STEP 3:Eyes

Massage by pressing firmly and moving slowly outwards tothetemples.

STEP 4:Eyes

Pinch the skin several times above and belowtheeyes.

STEP 5:Cheeks andMouth

Massage firmly in a lifting motion towardstheears.

STEP 6:Cheeks andMouth

Pinch the skin several times at the 3 points shown; top of cheeks, centre of cheeks, and sidesofmouth.

STEP 7: FaceLine

Press several times along the lymph glands behind the face line at the 3 points shown, and then stroke the neck gently from the topmovingdownwards.

STEP 8: FaceLine

Hold the face line with your palms for 35 seconds until you can feel thepalm\'swarmness.
