For sale is a 14k yellow gold and sterling silver \"moon phases\" disk or circle pendant. This hand-crafted pendant features a large, flat disk of sterling silver with a raised gold disk in the center, surrounded by a gold ring. The effect is wonderful, like phases of the moon, or a lunar eclipse.

The pendant is artisan-crafted. It was converted from a pair of screw back earrings designed by the famous maker M+J Savitt. The pendant is large and heavy, and looks wonderful worn at the neckline, or on a longer chain like a medallion. It has a bold simplicity that is pleasing to the eye and makes a statement thanks to its size and shine. It would be attractive worn by a man or a woman.
